All Italsofa furniture is exclusively manufactured in Italy, at the company’s privately owned factories located in Altamura, in the Bari region.
Factory and showroom visits can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in advance so we can take care of all the details of your visit.

The available payment methods are bank transfer, card payment, or cash.
A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, while the remaining 70% balance is paid upon delivery.

If you prefer not to pay the remaining balance in cash, you may complete the payment via bank transfer or card and present the payment receipt to the delivery driver.

Installment payments are not supported.

All leather categories offered by Italsofa are made from 100% genuine Italian leather.
A complete technical data sheet with detailed leather specifications is available from the supplier.
Additionally, we can send free leather samples by mail upon request.

Italsofa provides a warranty of up to 5 years from the date of purchase.

Since all Italsofa products are made to order, custom dimensions beyond the standard specifications are possible.
Custom sizing may involve a small additional charge and is subject to approval by the Italsofa Design Department.

All furniture is manufactured exclusively upon order, therefore ready-to-ship models are not available.

Seat surfaces should be cleaned using neutral soap and water only.
Do not use chemical cleaners.
To preserve the leather over time, avoid direct sunlight exposure and placement near heat sources.

Depending on the sofa model, there is usually the option to choose between different types of legs, such as inox (with or without coating) or wooden legs.
Available options can be sent to you via email.

In some models, seat cushions are removable.
In other cases, cushions may be made removable upon request during the ordering process.
